Family, Portrait & Baby Photography

Scott Hardy Photography offers relaxed, natural family portrait sessions across the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, and Brisbane.

Standard rate: $219 for up to one hour

Birthday & Event Photography

Gold Coast birthday party and event photography is charged at the same rate as family photography — $150 for up to one hour, with additional hours at $140 per hour. From intimate 21st birthday celebrations to milestone 50th and 70th parties, Scott captures every genuine moment of your special occasion.

Pre-Formal & School Formal Photography

Gold Coast pre-formal photography is charged at the same rate as family photography — $150 for up to one hour. Scott specialises in pre-formal photography across the Gold Coast, capturing group shots, couple portraits, and candid moments before your big night. Popular with All Saints Anglican School, St Hilda's, TSS, Hillcrest Christian College, and Palm Beach Currumbin State High School students. Book early as pre-formal dates fill quickly.

Corporate & Event Photography

Professional corporate photography and event coverage across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Conferences, product launches, networking events, and business functions covered. Corporate photography is charged at the same rate as family photography — $150 for up to one hour, with additional hours at $140 per hour. Please contact us for a custom corporate quote.

Travel Costs

Weddings: No travel costs within the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, or Brisbane. Sunshine Coast weddings incur an additional $200 travel fee.

Family, portrait, birthday, pre-formal, and corporate sessions: No travel costs within the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast. Brisbane is an additional $100. Sunshine Coast is an additional $200.

Interstate and international travel is available. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your specific requirements.

Deposits & Cancellations

Weddings: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellations 8 or more weeks before the shoot: 20% of the deposit is retained Cancellations within 4 weeks of the shoot: 50% of the deposit is retained

Family, portrait, birthday, pre-formal, and corporate sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations within 2 weeks: 50% of the payment is retained

If you require additional time on the day this can usually be accommodated at $140 per hour.
