  How much do you charge for weddings?

We normally charge $1,699 for an average wedding / elopement ceremony.

As an special offer, bookings confirmed this month are discounted to $750 for an average wedding / elopement ceremony including group and couple portraits following the ceremony. This is a saving of over $800. The package includes local travel, post production, a link to Google Drive to download high resolution images, and online images via this website to share with family and friends.

If you would also like us to stay for the wedding reception, there is a small additional cost of $150 per hour (discounted from $229 for the promotional period).

How much do you charge for portrait, family, and baby photographs?

We would normally charge $219 for a photographic shoot of up to one hour.

As an special offer, bookings confirmed this month are discounted to $150 for up to 1 hour of portrait, family and baby photographs. This is an incredible price for high quality portraits and memories to keep and share with family and friends. The cost also includes a phone hookup, local travel, post production, and a link to Google Drive to download high resolution images, and online images via this website to share with family and friends.

If you would also like us to stay, there is a small additional cost of $140 per hour.

How much do you charge for birthday parties and events?

Birthday parties and events are charged at the same rate as portrait, family and baby photographs.

 

How much do you charge for travel?

For weddings, there are no travel costs if your wedding is within the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Tweed Coast areas. Travel to the Sunshine Coast is an additional $200.

There are no travel costs for portrait or family shoots within the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast areas. Travel to Brisbane is an additional $100 and travel to the Sunshine Coast an additional $200.

Interstate or international travel costs are reasonable and largely depend on the actual travel and accommodation costs. Please contact us for your specific requirements.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes.

For weddings a deposit of 50% is required at the time of confirming your booking. The full amount is required 4 weeks prior to the event. For cancellations made 8 weeks before the planned shoot 20% of the minimum deposit amount will be kept. If cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the planned shoot 50% of the minimum deposit amount will be kept.

For portraits, family, baby portraits and events the full amount is required to confirm the booking. If cancellation is made within 2 weeks 50% of the deposit amount will be kept.

If you would like more time allocated at the time of the event please let me know and this is usually easily accommodated. There is a small additional cost of $140 per hour.
