Corporate Conference & Event Coverage at The Broadbeach Bowls Club

Hub24 hosted a networking and team-building afternoon at Broadbeach Bowls Club — barefoot bowls, drinks and open-air conversation rather than a function room.

Relaxed events are harder to photograph well than formal ones. There is no program to follow and no stage to aim at, so the work is anticipating where something is about to happen: the bowl that finishes close, the group that has just started laughing, the two people who arrived separately and are now deep in conversation.

The images that get used from a day like this are rarely the posed ones. They are the candid frames showing people actually enjoying themselves, which is the reason for running the event at all.

Galleries from events like this are delivered within the same week, while the thank-you email and social recap are still worth sending — most corporate photography in this market runs closer to two to four weeks.
