Transparent, Upfront Rates for Weddings, Portraits & Events
I believe in keeping things simple and transparent. Whether you are planning an intimate wedding, a relaxed family portrait session, or a large-scale corporate event, my pricing is structured to give you premium quality without hidden fees or complicated tiers. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Wedding Photography - from $950
The $950 package covers up to 3 hours and is designed to capture your ceremony, guest photographs with the couple, and formal portraits. Every image is individually curated and delivered within seven days.
Wedding coverage is booked as a package rather than by the hour. The rate reflects the work that happens off the day: correspondence with you both beforehand to plan the timeline and the shots that matter, coordination with your planner or venue, additional lighting and camera setup, and a slower, more considered edit of every frame.
Extended half-day and full-day collections are available for couples who want comprehensive coverage from bridal preparation through to the reception, charged at an additional $180 per hour. Local travel across the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast and Brisbane is included.

Relaxed on-location sessions for families, couples and milestone portraits. Travel within the Gold Coast is included; Tweed Coast $120, Brisbane $200.

Events and Corporate Celebrations - from $180 per hour
Coverage for birthdays, private celebrations, pre-formals, corporate functions and networking events, through to high-energy coverage for large organised parties, venue promotions and nightclub events. Travel within the Gold Coast is included; Tweed Coast $120, Brisbane $200.

What’s Included in Every Booking
Every photography session and wedding package guarantees the following premium deliverables:
Fast Turnaround: Your fully edited photo gallery will be delivered in less than 7 days.
High-Volume Delivery: You receive approximately 50 professionally edited, high-resolution photos per hour of coverage.
Secure Digital Downloads: All full-resolution images are provided via a secure Google Drive download link.
Sharable Client Gallery: You will receive a beautiful, password-protected online gallery link, making it incredibly easy to view and share the photos directly with your guests, family, or event participants.
On-the-Day Flexibility: Need me to stay longer? Additional time on the day can usually be accommodated at $180 per hour.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms
Weddings
Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your wedding day.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 8 or more weeks prior to the wedding date retain 20% of the deposit. Cancellations within 4 weeks retain 50% of the deposit.
Family, Birthday, Pre-Formal & Corporate Sessions
Payment Schedule: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the scheduled date retain 50% of the total payment.

The wedding and event seasons across South East Queensland are highly competitive. I am currently securing dates and filling up quickly for late 2026 and 2027.
