Brisbane & Gold Coast Corporate Event Photography

Corporate and event photography — conferences, product launches, networking events and award nights, with images ready for your website, social media and marketing. Full galleries within two business days.

"Wow thank you so much — they're great! It was so lovely meeting you, thank you again for working with us."
— Carly Watson, Marketing Manager, McGees Property · McGees Property MasterClass

Conferences, galas and networking events

Experience covering the CEO Sleepout, McGees Property events at Twin Towns and Kirra Beach Hotel, the Parks and Leisure conference and awards night at The Gabba, the Maddocks Partner Retreat, Hub24 events and the Arcare Pimpama market day — conferences, retreats, awards nights, networking events and brand activations across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. I know what a marketing team needs from an event: the speaker mid-sentence, a full-looking room, candid conversations, and enough usable frames to carry a campaign.

Fast turnaround for marketing teams

Most corporate photographers deliver in two to four weeks. Your full gallery arrives within two business days — an event recap loses momentum fast, and your team needs the images while it's still worth posting about. Roughly 50 edited high-resolution images per hour of coverage, by secure download with full usage rights for your marketing.

Packages and pricing

Corporate photography from $180 per hour, including local travel and a Google Drive download link for all high-resolution images. You'll also get a password-protected online gallery you can share across your team or with delegates, so everyone can see the images from the event.

Conference season and end of financial year are the busiest periods. My corporate bookings for the current package price are almost full for 2026.
