How the day usually runs
I arrive early to meet you or your wedding planner, help settle any nerves, and check the lighting and composition ahead of the ceremony, where I capture the key moments and emotions. Group photos come straight after the ceremony while everyone's together, then couple portraits somewhere quiet — before or after, whatever suits your timeline. I read the light in each space and use flash manually to lift it rather than override it, so your photos still look like the day, not a studio. If I'm staying for the reception, I cover the entrance, speeches, cake and first dance.
My background is in psychology, which is part of why couples who feel awkward in front of a camera tend to relax quickly — a lot of the job is reading a room and knowing when to step back.
Common questions
What if it rains? I stay flexible on the day — happy to adjust locations or timing as needed, with no fuss and no extra cost.
Do you have backup equipment? Two Nikon bodies and multiple flashes, so a failure on the day isn't a problem.
Can we give you a shot list? Please do — tell me the photographs you'd be upset not to have.

Wedding Packages & Pricing
Wedding packages include local travel, a Google Drive link for every high-resolution image, and a password-protected gallery to share with guests. You receive your photographs within 7 days (most take 2 to 4 weeks).
Coverage of your ceremony and portraits starts at $950. If you'd like the full day covered — from bridal preparation through to the reception — additional hours are charged at $180 per hour. See full wedding photography pricing.
